(I was in a group with 7 people, it felt that it was too many people for the work that was provided. I came up with an outline of what needed to be done and broke it down in part for everyone to chose and take responsibility for a section, this was done on a zoom meeting where 2 other people were able to join. Due to the groups being assign one week prior to the project it was important to identify responsibilities. There was one individual in the group that was at first not in accordance with the breaking down of the task, but did not offer any solutions and ultimately signed up for a part. This individual also wanted to put the powerpoint together, although that was part of my duty, in order to avoid conflict I did not argue and allow her to put the powerpoint together. Overall, we came together and the project was done, I think when working with people it always presents its challenges.
