Write a memo outlining the current business situation (loss of revenue due to a global pandemic)
There is a global pandemic that is impacted business dramatically. Offices are closing, products are not being shipped, manufacturing has declined, and discretionary spending is at a minimum. This has all impacted your business. Difficult decisions need to be made for your company to make it through the pandemic and stay in business. The assignment is to write a memo outlining the current business situation. At a minimum you should include:
Loss of revenue
Loss of workforce
Loss of products due to workforce shortage
The memo should be a minimum of one page with the last paragraph including a message of hope and confidence that leadership will find a way to make the best business decisions possible for the company and employees.
