We are doing our capstone paper on the company, Boeing. So far, I have an introduction (Capstone 1 Boeing Intro) on the company. I will leave this in the files, so you are more than welcome to use it, but please make sure to do your own research as well from liable resources (not wikipedia).
I will also put a Table of Contents and Example Formatting in the files for you to look at. You can disregard pages 5-9 because I have already done the introduction. What I would like for you to do is write about the strategic analysis section. This should include analyses and syntheses of the internal and external environments of Boeing. In other words, how the company has gotten to the point they are at currently, whether it is positive or negative. The page numbers in the table of contents for this section starts at page 10 and ends at page 37 (Any page after that you can disregard). So, please write about the company in the subtopics given within the External Environment and Internal Environment section, and make sure to stay in the same order as the table of contents. I know the order is set for 14 pages, and the table of contents shows 27 pages for these sections, but please fit this all into 14+ pages as much as you can, and however you want.
The class lectures will be given in the files as well, where you can use those to learn more about things such as: what internal and external environmental factors are, and much more.
With the class lectures, I will also leave the textbook for our course. When you login go to the textbook titled “Strategic Management: Text and Cases” by Gregory Dess. Feel free to use that however you like. My class and I have so far read Chapters 1-4, so I recommend using those chapters. The site for the textbook is: McGraw-Hill Connect and the link is:

Finally a few more things. I put 6 sources in the order, but if you want to use more please do. Also, please refrain from using AI. Last paper I used from here detected Artificial Intelligence used, so please do not use this and use your own research from reliable resources. And lastly a quick reminder that this paper should be about the Strategic Analysis of Boeing. Anything that you see about “Strategy Formulation” and “Strategy Implementation” in the slides or book should not be used in this paper.
