What changed for the individual and/or the organization?
Citing supportive literature, identify one or two things that could have been done differently to produce a better outcome.
W5 Discussion Question 2: Mentor Relationships:
Have you been involved in a mentor relationship either as the mentor or protégé?
Briefly describe the circumstances of the relationship. Was it a formal or informal relationship?
Use at least two of the required readings to identify the type of mentor relationship and support the conclusions you draw about the relationship.
Did both parties benefit? What could have been done differently to improve the outcome(s)?
