Using a member or members of a team you currently lead or have previously shown as a model, create a plan for a leadership development program. In your paper, include the following:
A brief descriiption of the organization (use a pseudonym instead of the organization’s name).
The factors that led you to select the specific team member(s) for the development program.
The specific program elements are chosen, and the reasons you selected them.
How will you evaluate the effectiveness of the program you have designed?
