This week you will write a 3-4-page paper in which you will review a case study and analyze the relationship among personal values, moral principles, and professional codes and standards in ethical decision making. You will need to identify which codes would guide professional conduct and how you would resolve ethical issues within the case scenario.
Include the following components in your paper:
Identify your personal values and morals as they relate to the case scenario.
Identify ethical issues present in the case scenario.
Analyze the relationship between personal morals and values and the APA professional codes and principles in ethical decision-making.
Discuss specific APA Codes that guide professional conduct.
Discuss how you would resolve the ethical issue(s) within the case scenario.
Case Scenarios:
Industrial and Organizational: You have decided to market your consulting business using workshops. You are excited to share your expertise and believe that you have helped many clients and many companies. Since you have a PhD in Business and a graduate degree in INDUSTRIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL psychology, you have decided to call yourself Dr. (Lamide). You have reached out to several previous clients and asked them for referrals so that you can market your new workshop called “Fix your business with INDUSTRIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL psychologist Dr. (Lamide).”
Title page: Provide your name, title of assignment, course and section number, and date.
Body: Answer all the questions in complete sentences and paragraphs.
