This project is for a dissertation proposal for a master degree in Operations Management. This is the reason why an abstract is not required and the project is for only 1650 words. If the proposal will be accepted by the university, the final dissertation will be for 15000 words (and this project of course will expand). I am expecting a minimum of 20 good references (journal articles, peer reviewed etc.). I just provided the topic (title) leaving all the rest (aim, objects, methodology..) to the expert who will work at this project. In case the expert will chose a case study approach, the firm/companies can remain anonymous. Feel free to add tables end-or figures (needs to be referenced).
