What questions will you ask Aston to determine the performance gaps? Lynn Wilkes has provided job descriptions of the positions that are experiencing accidents (See the attachments). You and your team have 60 minutes to interview Lance Aston.
Agree on nine interview questions that will give you a clear picture of the performance needs, learning needs and learner needs. Remember when you conducted your external scan you should have collected information on general industry desired safety performance.
