The Module 1 Assessment is based on a specific corporate environmental analysis called a

business. Organizations often utilize this form of analysis to evaluate their current standing in

You practiced using a SWOT analysis in Learning Activity 4 in this module’s “Faculty Connect”
area. Based on your understanding of the Chapters 1, 10, and 11 textbook readings as well as
your knowledge of the SWOT analysis process, you will apply your understanding of this type of
analysis to evaluate the SWOT of an existing global organization.
