The assessment requires you to choose an organisation (Tesco or Tesla) whose operations and supply chain is of interest, preferably an organisation you are presently working for or an organisation you have previously worked for.
The assessment will be assessed using the rubric below:

2) Application of operations and supply chain concepts to the case organisation. 30%
3) Identifying an issue in the operations or supply chain; recommending a project to remedy; and planning the project using appropriate tools. 25%
4) Report structure; academic writing; and references. 10%
