Select two articles from among all the group articles from the Literature Search

Select two articles from among all the group articles from the Literature Search that you think work best for your research questions one article for each hypothesis topic.
You can use the two articles you selected for your Step 2 submission or articles submitted by other students. Select the best two. Consider the following when you select articles for this step:
Not all students submissions are equal! Some selections are much better than others. Choose carefully. Select journal (not book) scientific articles that summarize research directly related to your hypotheses. While some group members found articles that fit these criteria very well, other students did not. Also, when summarizing the articles for this step, use your own words. Do not plagiarize from the article. Do not plagiarize from your peer summaries.
Write a brief summary of each article. Each summary should be at least 3/4 of a page (minimum 300 words – usually between 300 and 500 words per article summary).
For each summary, follow these steps:
Include the reference (you should be able to find that in the Literature Search) – Author(s), name of publication (journal name), article title, publication date and any other relevant information provided.
Include a copy of the link to the article.
State the hypothesis from your research project that relates to the article.
Discuss the theory and relevant research that directly pertains to your research question.
Use your own words – do not plagiarize.
Do not use quotes. No quotes permitted.
If you state an idea or finding that is not your own, identify the author and date of publication (for example, Brown, 2018).
For each article, when summarizing research, include the hypothesis (or goal of research), brief description of methods (subjects, survey/experiment), brief description of findings, implications for theory
Add a few sentences toward the end of each summary stating your hypothesis and specifically how this research relates to your research question.
