Purpose
To provide an opportunity for individual students to get experience with developing a part of the upcoming baseline briefing and the project plan due by Module 13.
Learning Objective
Prepare a staffing plan for a new project.
Assignment
Prepare a baseline time-phased staffing plan for all those that will be working on the PickPOCIT project. You can use a table or a chart to show your plan. Separately identify expertise required and provide some rationale for your choices.
