In your initial post, respond to the following:
What enabled the project you selected to be successful?
Which skills do you believe are necessary for project managers to have in order to be most effective in their work?
What kinds of issues might be encountered later in the project, and are there ways to avoid them?
Think about the development process models from your reading this week. Would the results of the project be different if another development model had been used?
