Present top 2 of the top options out of 7 with summary of other 5 alternatives in a detailed scorecard view. Look into different options like compassion fatigue trainings and/or coaching. Look into different affordable apps (ex.headspace) that we can provide our employees, be creative and try to stay within 5-10K a year. Please, also look into a the budget series a startups usually have for emotional or mental health support or company culture as a whole.

Draft a detailed NeuroNav Employee Value Proposition and identify 3 areas of improvement with a suggested solution. Attached I will put our survey results from our company (NeuroNav) and you can also look at glassdoor see what else previous employees have said.
