Provide an example of how a social worker might consider social structure and human agency to better understand Rubina and her family’s experiences?  * Utilizing Rubina’s case as an example, explain why it is important to our practice to understand social positioning (such as race, ethnicity, class, gender, religious identity, sexual orientation, disability, immigration status) when working with people with multiple intersections of marginalized identities and experiences.
