Mr. Harrold telehealth visit was completed today while he was in the community. He verbalized no change in condition since last visit. Client stated skin was intact, well hydrated, no bruise or cut. He likes what he does daily. Followed rules and regulations that binds him both at work and community as whole. Client further stated he cooked his food and eat healthy. He stated he needed help to ease separation anxiety disorder. client explained he fear that loved one’s may leave him and this will severely increase his anxiety.
