Instructions: For this assignment, you will submit your completed Action Plan report, including your revised assessment report you submitted in Week 3. Remember to apply the feedback you received on the outline you submitted last week as well.
Write with your audience in mind: your instructor who doesn’t know the organization (who will also look for your knowledge of various HRD approaches and activities along with a solid foundation in the scholarly literature), and the leadership team of the organization who may value succinctness even more than your instructor. It is important to describe your process for developing the action plan using the steps provided in the guide provided below, in addition to presenting a table (or other appropriate display such as an outline) of your resulting action plan.

Organizational Assessment Report (5-8 pages)
Ensure that you have updated your report with instructor feedback.
Theoretical Foundation (1-2 pages)

Self-Determination Theory
Other theories you may have identified to help you explain your choice of intervention(s) to address your identified problem.
Your Action Plan (5-8 pages)
Ensure that your plan demonstrates how the theories and research can apply to practice to improve organizational management
Ensure that the Action Plan is sufficient for a leader in the organization to make a decision to move forward with the project and detailed enough to be practical.
Include both the action plan itself (can be tables and narrative) and a description of your process for creating the action plan.
Identify your overall goal of the Action Plan as well as objectives to meet this goal
Identify specific steps to follow to meet the objectives and achieve the goal.
Identify any challenges (categorize challenges by Act, Reframe, Choose, and Ignore)
Identify support and resources needed
Outline a realistic timeline to achieve your overall goal.
Develop a plan to monitor, evaluate, and update the plan.
