The 20th century business model has changed and the 21st century model is not solely concerned with economic profit. Instead, business leaders are adopting sustainable models that give back to the people, planet, and prosperity. This paper is your understanding of how a leader (past or present) has incorporated sustainability into a business model. Sample topic(s) your paper may address the following; what is and what attributes make a business sustainable, identify a leader that has created a level of sustainability in business, what, how, and why this leader incorporates sustainability into their business, what factors have cause a business to change to a sustainable strategy, and conclude with your thoughts and opinions?

• Research your topic, a minimum of three (3) sources outside of the text are required. Wikipedia may not be used as a source.
