For your final assignment you will design a Total Rewards Plan – that aligns with employee performance and the organizations strategic objectives.

You are the HR Director of an organization of your choice and have been tasked with creating a proposal for a Total Rewards Plan. The Total Rewards Plan is an effective strategy to enable the organization to improve business performance, attract and retain the best talent, maximizing employee & organizational output, while achieving the desired results through an engaged and satisfied workforce.

Your research paper must include the following:

An overview of the organization, vision, mission & values, strategic priorities
A proposal that addresses the five components of total rewards:

As you develop your Total Rewards Plan, ensure that it is balanced, flexible, inclusive, and fair.

Your Total Rewards Plan should be in APA 7th edition format, include a cover page, an abstract, and 4-5 pages of double-spaced content (no extra space between paragraphs) in-text citations, and a list of references cited in the paper. Please use indent paragraph format. Include a minimum of 4 references.
