please writer who will accept this work should have experience in quality in healthcare setting. this paper intended to be given to patient experience officer to let them learn how to understand and read the survey and calculation for patient experience and satisfaction and take improvement decision depend on it.
The first file attach called (Course content) here is the curriculum and topic need you to write about it.
The second file attach called (chapter 1. exapmle to be follow) please use this Word file in all your writing, also you can find chapter 1 which i wrote to show you how i want this paper and work to be done,please follow the format and style there. (please do not create anther Word file).
The third file called (Module Template) here you can find the structure need for writing this paper.
The Fourd file called (Module Writing Guidelines) here you can find all guidelines and instruction writing the paper.
The fifth file called (references) this is an example of references you might use. since as you can see in the guidelines it’s required to use 25 to 30% of the citation from Books
please note that many books can be access through google search and have free access for reading only.

Extra Instruction:
1. Module writing guidelines has all headings/sections that I should follow. So, just want to say here some writer forget about the hyperlink, number of pages if the reference is BOOK so i can find the information you cited for my review purpose, and the references should be written after the cited information and any thing you will write below the reference it should be consider your own saying as extra explanation. some writer writing whole paragraph without reference, in this case i have to reject it because i can not know if this is right or wrong information.
2. I know APA format that will not include page numbers BUT and I do not need page number in references part BUT i need it when you right the references after each paragraph or information so i can go to the pages number and read it to double check this information was taken from this pages and there is no misinterpreted.
3.I have to write chapters, following the guidelines and format presented in the above mentioned files.
Now my questions:
4.Not all chapters have the same length, so some chapter might be longer or shorter than others.
