Here is the requirement: a) open a Chat-GPT account; b) choose a leadership style in our course that you feel comfortable with (many styles have now been added to the traditional Behavioral and Contingency Models e.g. Servant Leadership, as well as Transformational, Charismatic, Positive and Authentic Leadership); c) then employ Chat-GPT to pose logical queries to determine what value-add can be gained from the use of this tool; and d) and lastly, write a 1000 word paper on the success of this experiment.
