You may use what I wrote here: I could easily say that my father is the most influential person in my life. He taught me many things that I value in my life. His wisdom and knowledge helped guide my future. He taught me many things like how to live life the right way, always follow your dreams and to never give up. He is a great man who worked day and night to provide for his family. He did not only he did not only influence my life but many others as well including him raising my cousins, and some other relatives as well when his brothers were all drafted into the way in iraq. His name is Emad Shamon and he was born on November 1, 1964 in Baghdad, Iraq. When he used to live in Iraq, he made sure to work very hard to provide for his mother and father when his brothers were in the Iraqi military. He used to build car engines bare handed, as well as run his own construction company where he would build houses from the ground up. On the date of 2/17/1996 he got married to a beautiful lady, May Shamon (my mother). A couple of years into the marriage, they had my sister, Maryam Gorgees. They continued to reside in iraq up until they had me. On the year of October 22, 2002 I was born into the world. . When I was around two months old, my family decided to leave Iraq for a safer place, leading us to Jordan. After a few years there, we aimed for the land of opportunities, the United States. Upon our arrival in the U.S., my dad, Emad Shamon, leased an apartment in El Cajon and worked diligently at his first job at Little Caesars, even with our limited English skills. (No criminal history record)

( Almost 21 years ago, I entered this world in Baghdad, Iraq, to my parents Emad Shamon and May Shamon. Though early memories are a bit hazy, my childhood was undeniably infused with love and support from both of them. When I was around two months old, my family decided to leave Iraq for a safer place, leading us to the United States, the land of opportunities. Ever since I was young, I have always looked up to law enforcement officers, which sort of made me push harder growing up to become one. I went to Jamacha Elementry schoolElementary School, where I completed first to 5th grade, within 3 years I became very fluent in English. In middle school, I went to Hillsdale middle. During this time, I completed all of my studies and moved on to Steele Canyon High School. During this time, I tried my absolute best to succeed. However, during my sophomore year one of my best friends whom I considered to be a brother committed suicide and it highly impacted both me and my entire friend group at that time. After this incident, I couldn’t focus on school anymore for a long period of time. Thankfully, During Senior year, I began to put in all of my hard work which got recognized by my counselor. I later received a Cougar Star award which meant that I was being recognized for the hard work I was putting in and finally graduated in the year 2020.
-Hobbies, I always go to the gym and play basketball, I enjoy the sport
-Volunteering, In order to graduate high school, I needed 40 hours of community service. I began to volunteer at the YMCA Mcgrath family as a basketball, and soccer coach for the Youth. During this time, all of my athlete students would win first place every game which led us to tournaments! —
– I began going to Cuyamaca and Grossmont College from the years of 2019 to 2023, and I earned two degrees. One in the Administration of Justice and one in the Social behavioral sciences.
– After graduation, my sister actually found my first job which was at a covid clinic. I worked for Logistics Health Inc. for Medix at a Covid clinic that was leased. I was very hard-working and would always be recognized by my supervisor for the work that I put in. I used to check in patience, as well as swab sometimes. It was a good run from the years of February 2021 to January 2023. The site closed down due to a low number of COVID-19 cases
– During the month of January 2023, I began working at West Coast Security. I earned my BSIS security guard card and began working. Ever since then, I’ve stayed with my company and have always received positive feed back results from the employees to where I am stationed, as well as my supervisor. I was planning on working here until I received my college diploma, and then began the hiring process with the SD sheriff department.
