After reviewing the Week 2 Presentation and reading “From Engagement to Work Passion” (above), in a 300 word response paper, discuss what you think of the statement, “A corporation must change learning and leadership as it moves through the different challenges of the different stages of organizational life cycles.” A small entrepreneurial company has different learning and leading needs than does IBM.
