You’ve read the following opinion articles:
Suketu Mehta’s article, “Why Should Immigrants Respect Our Borders?”
David Frum’s article, “If Liberals Won’t Enforce Borders, Then Fascists Will.”
Part 1:
Explain both authors’ points of view on immigration, supporting your explanation with at least three quotations from each article. Important: Use the guidelines from Chapter 3 of They Say/I Say to introduce, select, and explain your quotations.
What are two points Mehta and Frum agree about? On which two points do they disagree? Be sure to reference the texts with quotations from both authors’ articles and explanations of their quotations.
