Create a 7 slide PPT that answers the question, “What are you working on?” As outlined in the text, one of the most difficult questions to answer is “what are you working on?”. It is a question that’s often asked and can be very difficult to answer. Think about two projects that you are currently working on or have worked on in the past and create a 7 slide PowerPoint presentation that outlines what you are working on or have worked on in the past. The presentation should answer these questions:
Part 1: We’re working on solving X problem(s)
Part 2: Here’s why it matters to the organization
Part 3: Here are the outcomes we’re working toward
Part 4: This is how the work may affect the budget and timeline as far as you’re concerned
Each slide should have details of your talking points in the notes section of the PowerPoint slide. The talking points will provide full details about what you would be saying when presenting each individual slide. If you do not have a project or can I think of a project from the past you could use these two examples:
1. Upgrading all of the current software in your computer system to reduce the threat of cyber security attacks.
2. Rolling out standardized customer service training because there never was customer service training. When customers call sometimes they are given wrong information I no fault of the person answering the phone, they were just never trained properly.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 slides
Include graphics and illustrations where appropriate
Include the details in the Notes section of the PowerPoint slides
PLEASE USE THE TWO EXAMPLES ABOVE
