2. Create an epi-graph based on the data in exercise 1 of “Create an Epi Curve.” This can be made in MS Excel or another graphing utility.
3. Submit it with your answers to the exercises in the module (questions start on slide 8) in a MS RTF file or PDF.

There are 14 slides on creating an Epi-Curve.
Slide 8 will be your 1st interactive slide where you have to answer questions and make decisions. After answering the question you will proceed to the next page. Please add the questions to your assignment as well.
Also the data listed on slide 8 is what you will use to create your own EPI CURVE.
Create it either word or Excel. You are essentially recreating the same chart, but on your own. However, please be sure to look at the data for its important in creating your own. (That’s important)
