Identify at least three individual difference characteristics discussed in chapter three. Argue and provide evidence for why employees possessing them is of critical importance for an organization’s success. What would you rate yourself on those same characteristics?
Describe and discuss perception and perceptual errors/biases. Argue and provide evidence describing the influence of the first impression bias in employment interviews.

You will provide a written response of at least 500 words in length to each question assigned.
