can you make an outline for this assignment.
Your third assignment for this semester is to choose any subject in regard to space or astronomy and write two complete paragraphs (minimum) as to why you chose that subject. For this assignment, you need to also include your thesis statement (what do you hope to show and support with your essay?). Usually, the thesis statement is included in your introductory paragraph of the paper. This assignment allows you to actually write your introduction to your paper and include your thesis statement.
It is required that this assignment be typed as a Word document, with the Times New Roman font with a font size of 12pt. (if you have a problem with this, see me!). The assignment is due on Thursday, September 28, 2023. The assignment must be turned in through Laulima as an attachment, with a file name of Lastname.firstname.doc.
Your essay may be written with a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd person perspective. Proper grammar is essential to good writing, so it may be to your advantage to download the free version of Grammarly, as that will definitely help with misspellings and grammar.
The goal of this assignment is to choose one of the following topics (you may opt for other space topics, but you must be able to support your writing with SCHOLARLY references) that you believe will interest you and that you feel you can successfully write a full 5–7-page final essay.
I have attached a copy of an example for this assignment. Please follow the format of this example.
Note: Points will be deducted if the assignment is not submitted as required above. Ensure you follow the directions.
Grading Rubric
Formatting -3 points for each improper formatting error
Spelling -1 point for each misspelled word
Late -5 points per day as per Syllabus
Misinformation -10 points per occurrence (In other words, the essay is non-fiction! Use facts to support your essay)!
Plagiarism Will result in a zero for the assignment.
Finally, this assignment is the first and second steps to writing a good essay. As the semester progresses toward the due date of the final draft of your essay, other steps to help you write a successful paper will be assigned. In this manner and every step of the way, I will comment on your work and help you fine-tune your final draft.
Some of the suggested topics you may choose from are:

Any of the Apollo Lunar Missions launched by NASA.
Lunar Geography
Any space probe or planetary rover/probe mission that has been launched by any space agency.
Astrophotography and how it revolutionized the Science of astronomy.

This list is not a comprehensive list, just some very good suggestions for topics.
