Assignment 1 will be related to Porter’s Five Forces Model along with the Four C

Assignment 1 will be related to Porter’s Five Forces Model along with the Four Competitive Strategies. Pick a company you are interested in. It could be one you work at or who’s products you like. You will turn in a Word Document or PowerPoint presentation outlining how the 5 Forces affect the company you have chosen in addition to how your company fits into the 4 Competitive strategies. This means you will select just ONE of the 4 strategies and how the company fits into it. I have put a short example of a Five Forces analysis below. Yours should be more detailed and have an explanation for each of the 5 forces and 1 of the Competitive strategies. The 5 forces will each count for 3 points, the competitive strategy will count for 5 points and the rest coming from readability and formatting.
