“A large part of this class is your ability to apply information to practice. One way of demonstrating this is reflecting on your past and current educational/higher education professional experiences and applying it to the material. You will be required to submit a typed double spaced 5-10 page reflection journal. The journal should include the topics from chapters 1,2,3 and should use APA format for all citations”. Basically provide an overview of the first 3 chapters while citing the book and connecting to my own experiences. For context I’m a graduate student at Baruch college but I did my undergraduate degree in John Jay college. You can make up some of my higher education “experiences” and make your own connections, it’s fine. I’ll make tweaks of my own once you complete.
I’ve attached the actual textbook so you have access to the chapters as well as a summary of the first 3 chapters so you have an idea of what the material and class is like.
