1.  What style of policing do you believe is represented most frequently as associated with policing in the media?  Based on your personal experience with the police, what is the style of policing you have encountered?  Do you believe there is a style of policing that “most” police officers exhibit?
2. It is possible that the exclusionary rule permits the release of individuals that have indeed committed serious crimes. Do you believe that preservation of this rule is paramount to balance the due process rights of individuals, despite the fact that a potentially guilty individual may go free as a result?  Justify your answer.
