We are swiftly approaching the end of the semester. It’s time now to look back at your SWOT Analysis again. Begin by reviewing your original SWOT analysis from the beginning of the semester. Then look back at the first review you conducted of your Personal SWOT Analysis after our Rhetorical Analysis Essay. How far have you come in this course? How has your situation as a student changed? It’s time to take another look at your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. In a post of your own below, assess and answer the following questions: How have my strengths and weaknesses developed or changed in response to the assignments and writing we have completed in class so far? How have the text-based essay and signature assignment so far helped you to strengthen your writing skills and improve as a college-level student? How has my understanding of the writing process, essay writing, and other English course concepts grown since the last time I checked in? Reconsider your opportunities and resources. Have you taken advantage of any more of your opportunities to improve or resources to help you grow yet? Why or why not? What resources will you reach out to help you finish the signature assignment for this class? Reconsider your threats and distractions. Have you been able to avoid or reduce distractions since you last checked in? What have you done to help address challenges that might keep you from focusing on your assignments so far? What else can you do to address your challenges and distractions so that you can finish strong on the signature assignment?
