This course requires students to prepare a short documentary portraying the evolution of a particular concept in the law as it relates to the hospitality industry. The assignment is targeted to several relevant, but focused topics, from which students could choose. An Outline was due in Week 4 and the finished project due in Week 7.
The completed video should be uploaded to YouTube. Students should post the YouTube link in two places. First, post the video link in this week’s Discussion Board. Then post the link here for Instructor viewing and grading. Take care to post the link to public or shared to allow student access.
