The attached document is my rough draft. In general, I would like to enhance further and refine my dissertation proposal, including my literature review and research design. First, please write a reasonable and meaningful introduction for this proposal. For the literature review, you should incorporate other US Congress lobbying-related readings (any articles discussing US Congress lobbying politics or ethnic group lobbying except those I already cited).
