Telehealth visit was completed today when client was in his house. Remained A&O X4, verbalized stability and no change in condition from last visit. Client maintained hygiene daily hygiene as reported and he uses government food stamp to feed himself and meet other daily expenses. He denied non insulin dependent and remained compliant to medication administration. Client verbalized ocassional sweating, racing heart, feeling dizzy, changes in vision, feeling tired or weak. Client was questioned how often he checks her blood sugar. Client was educated on symptoms of low blood sugar and precautions to follow during condition of low blood sugar.
