Our final week builds on these topics in assessing how leadership development can enhance organizational performance in support of overarching strategic objectives. The goal for every leader should mirror the biblical mandate to make disciples (discipline learners). Strategic leaders should invest their knowledge and experience in developing other leaders as part of the strategic development of an organization. The focus of this assignment is to apply this goal in the context of how it can support and enhance organizational performance.
Instructions
Write a 4-5 page paper (plus title and reference pages) assessing the value in developing leaders to enhance organizational performance. Include content relating to resolving conflict and problem solving.
