Instructions:
First, you will write a short paper answering the following questions:
What are two causes of negative work-life balance and positive work-life balance?
What was your score on thework-life balance scale? Why do you believe you earned this score?
How might culture impact your work-life balance? Cite and reference at least one scholarly article on the impact of culture on work-life balance. How does the information in this scholarly journal article support or refute your experience regarding how culture affects your work-life balance?
What is one thing you can do to improve your work-life balance? Support your answer with evidence from at least one scholarly journal article.
Next, you will create a visual representation (also known as an infographic) of your paper. You can be creative in making your infographic by using PowerPoint, Piktochart or Canva.
Upload your paper as a Word document to the forum, along with your infographic.
In response to at least one of your classmates:
Comment on your classmates’ paper and visual representation. In your commentary, focus on the content of your classmate’s assignment, rather than stylistic elements.
Offer an alternative explanation to their work-life balance scale scores and/or:
Offer another suggestion to a classmate on how to improve work-life balance based on the scientific literature.
