Misusing company time, abusive behavior, employee theft, workplace cheating, violating corporate internet policies. Let’s talk about employee theft. I have seen situations where an employee grabs a box of Kleenex to take home or a roll of paper towels, etc. They don’t consider this theft. Do you? Why or why not?
