Make a business case through a detailed memo to your HR Director (or other relevant leaders) for how a training program can support the organization’s strategic goals and address the needs gap. Use the articles and resources provided to support your ideas. You must use at a minimum 3 sources.
Your memo should be 2-3 pages, double-spaced, and follow APA conventions.
