The paper must include the following: Thesis Statement which must be no more than 2 sentences long and it must include the topic of the paper and the position you will take in the paper ● Analysis of legal doctrines regarding the topic ● Analysis of relevant cases related to the topic ● Suggestions of new norms and legal doctrines which can improve the effectiveness of the international normative regulation ● Biblical norms and ethical principles applicable to the topic ● Must be at least 7,500 words (the word count includes the citations, but not the outline) ● Must have at least 25 citations ● Must be in Bluebook format Review the Research Paper: Final Grading Rubric to verify that all components of the assignment have been completed prior to submitting your final Research Paper.
