– What are your top five CliftonStrengths? (my top 5 are; Activator, Achiever, Learner, Strategic, & Developer)
– How does each of your top five talents show up in your daily work as a leader?
– Pick one of your top talents, how does the shadow side of this talent show up in your work?
For example, if one of your top talents is ‘Learner,’ this talent might show up in your daily work in that you like to stretch yourself into new areas that are completely unfamiliar to you. You love the challenge and excitement of learning something new about your job. You may even feel happiest when you get a chance to learn something new.
The shadow side of your ‘Learner’ talent might be that you sometimes spend too much time surfing the Internet to learn everything you can about a subject. Perhaps you should be working on something else, but you can’t pull yourself away from this exciting new subject.
