Purpose of the Assignment
As a culmination of all you have learned in this course throughout the semester, for your final project, you are to design A Quality Management Plan for the organization (maybe be a smaller group/area such as your department) where you work (or a previous employer).  
Directions
As you have learned, there is no specific format for your plan. There should be 4 parts to your plan: 1. a quality statement, 2. a descriiption of the quality management infrastructure, 3. details of performance measurement, assessment, and improvement activities, and 4. an evaluation of the effectiveness of quality management activities.  For purposes of this assignment, you may “make-up” data to report.  At the very least, you should show/explain how you would report and analyze the data.
