create a 3,000-3,500 word draft of the final paper… The draft will be submitted through Turnitin to enable the candidate to ensure all references are properly cited. The paper must include a minimum of 20 scholarly sources(included in documents attached…The candidate must synthesize all of the research into a well-blended paper that clearly addresses the problem, and research question, and provides insight into best practices/strategies to address the problem with the intent to devise solution…Please utilize the attached documents to assist:
1. Reference Docs – called DOC1 and DOC2 (this includes the 20 scholarly references that should be used) – These are the annotated bibliographies I made.
2. Outline-template (This was my thought for the assignment. Utilize the references to add paragraphs that make sense in the heading/subheading sections) – This will be the final paper draft that answers the research question (included in the outline).
