Patient is a 61 y/o man with PMHx of HTN, depression, chronic back pain, chronic arthritis, iron deficiency anemia, recent SFA recanalization and stenting on 6/20/23 who presented on 7/3/23 reporting sudden onset of painful left eye vision loss the prior day and left leg pain. Neurology and Ophthalmology was consulted and his vision loss was concerning for intraocular etiology v optic neuritis v orbital cellulitis with low suspicion for ischemic etiology.
