Basically since 2017 I got a divorce and I’ve been fighting for legal custody of my children Preston mccaskill William mccaskill III and Elijah mccaskill. Throughout the years the court has took away my rights stop my visitations. Mom has several pick up visitation dates and has not been punished or reprimanded through the court system. I have undeniably evidence that the children have been mentally physically and sexually abused by the mom’s boyfriend and her for the last consecutive seven years, I also have two witnesses from their school the principal Mrs. Hughley and PE TEACHER Brad Lewis. I also have the number of absences and tardis that the children have shown over the past two or three years have an 18 tardies in two consecutive semesters. They all have been held back a year and are behind on their Reading writing and penmanship. Basically I have sold his evidence to the court and they have denied me right and visitation to my children so I believe that there is some kind of corruption going on in the system and I would like the city council members or a member of state representative to do an investigation on my case. I believe that there is something crooked going on in the system that the judge knows the mom I believe that their classmates I believe that there’s some type of friend and I need a letter stating everything that I’m listing here but I’m pleading for help to have somebody come investigate my children being abused and nobody’s doing anything about it and I have substantial evidence they’re feeling in school and I had them have a forensic interview done. The police report will give you some type of idea what’s going on.
