Scenario: You are the head researcher at a major news network. You have just been designated the leader of the five-member team to research the Russian Federation’s incursion into Ukraine for an upcoming 2-hour documentary streaming six months from now. Your other four members include one photojournalist that reported from Ukraine during the war, one reporter who was stateside during the conflict, another reporter who was on the ground in Ukraine, and an editor for the finished documentary.
Your focus in this assignment is on team building and the goal-setting process. Based on your learning activity and your leadership position:
