1-Review consent documents from different websites, organizations, universities, and other sources. Identify one that you feel is an example of a good consent document and one that you feel is a poor example of a consent document. Post these documents to this discussion and explain which elements of each form caused you to select it for your example.
Also, discuss whether and how well-crafted consent documents can help minimize the likelihood of malpractice actions.
2-As stated in the introduction for this unit, many psychologists conflate confidentiality, informed consent, privilege, and data privacy. Compare and contrast these different concepts and provide an example of how each might be violated.
