For your HRM Case Study Assignment, each student will be required to write an analysis of a human resources department for a public or non-profit organization (Ex. government entity, non-profit organization). The case study analysis should be between 6 to 8 pages in length and should discuss the major components of their HR departments (benefits, compensation structure, community involvement,engagement, performance management).
You will use the material that you researched and the textbook to describe the theories and concepts related to your organization. You will use your knowledge to address the questions posed below. You should use proper citations of any material you gather.
The format of each case study analysis should be as follows:
– Identify the important facts of the HR department: i.e. centralized, decentralized
– Outline the company’s benefit programs
– Outline company’s salary structure
– Research and describe any Employee Resource Groups
– Identify any areas of growth for the HR department
– Conclusion
– Bibliography ( at least four references with proper APA Formatting)
