Theories of Planned Change Describe your understanding of planned change to the leaders of the organization. Identify the organizational change model that you intend to follow in your work with this organization, and draw your proposed approach to change from this model, including the necessary steps. Avoid discussing each model or theory presented in the textbook. Rather, describe how you approach change as an OD practitioner, referring the literature to support your approach. Ethics (Chapter 3) Inform the client of the ethical commitments you are making to them. Summarize your four main ethical responsibilities you have as an OD practitioner, and discuss the main ethical considerations that you need to consider when working with people in organizations. Open-Systems Model (Chapter 5) Describe the open-systems model in your own words. Discuss how the ever-changing external environment constantly affects an organization’s internal interrelated and interdependent subsystems. Also, discuss each of the seven key properties of an open system (in complete sentences, using lists sparingly). Identify and discuss whether the community (or organization) in the book you chose is an open or closed system, based on the key properties.
