Using the assigned read/watch activities, personal and professional experiences, create a 20-minute training activity to be presented to the population of focus. You may use the recording feature in Zoom (or any other software of your choice), create a video recording of your PowerPoint presentation.
There is also an option to add Audio to PowerPoint and then export as a video. Microsoft PPT Narration
The slide presentation for the final project should include the following topics:
Introduction of topic
Goals/Objectives
Theoretical Model
Population of focus
Evidence-based practices
Training Activity
Recommendations
The activity should be interactive, engaging, and informative. The activity must include a Power Point presentation and a 10-question quiz which should be developed from the weekly read/watch resources and audio instructions.
The activity must include three recommendations that participants can use to further their understanding and behaviors related to cultural competence, cultural humility, diversity, and inclusion.
The training activity will be shared with each class member, who will complete the activity and evaluate the presentation.
There are no exceptions to the audio component of the project.
It is the responsibility of the group to ensure that everyone can access the project.
